This is an archive of ideas and conversations which emerged from a joint event by the IATEFL Teacher Development (TDSIG) and Leadership & Management (LAMSIG) Special Interest Groups.
The title of the event was Developing Teachers in Developing Schools. It attracted around 60 teachers, teacher-trainers and academic managers from around the world.
The event contained traditional plenaries and smaller talks and workshops, but was driven by Open Space Technology.
On this site you can find some of the plenary slides, summaries or transcriptions of some of the talks, and the Open Space notes taken by the conference participants during their work together on topics of mutual interest.
The event took place in Brighton & Hove, UK, 23-24 November 2012, and was kindly hosted by the English Language Centre, Brighton.
